Tasks:
- Responsibility for all organizational matters that arise, in particular the organization of appointments, meetings and trips with appropriate preparation and follow-up as well as forward-looking time management
- Assistance (including correspondence) to the managing director in all matters, especially with the Bremskerl group members
- Creation of presentations and preparation of work and decision templates
- Creation and evaluation of statistics
- Taking notes of managing director meetings and discussions
- Preparation and follow-up, as well as participation in events, committee and managing director meetings
- Prioritizing tasks and ensuring internal and external deadlines and appointments
- Necessary, support and coordination of global trademark rights and patents
Requirements:
- You have completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or a comparable education and/or professional experience in a comparable position
- You have a good command of spoken and written English with additional language skills
- You work independently and responsibly
- You are open-minded in dealing with business partners
- You are confident in the use of common MS Office applications
