Tasks:
- Independent and autonomous processing of orders, enquiries and offers including price negotiations within the framework of general guidelines, also in English
Telephone and personal customer support from the parent company, including foreign customers - Telephone and personal assistance of authorized dealers
- Dispatching activities for stock goods
- Assistance to the sales representative in the processing of projects
- Preparation and organisation of inventories
- Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions and customer visits at home and abroad
- Commercial processing of complaints in cooperation with technical departments
- Implementation of in-company commercial training in its own area
Requirements:
- You have completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or a comparable education and/or professional experience in a comparable position
- You have a good command of spoken and written English with additional language skills
- You work independently and responsibly
- You are open-minded in dealing with customers
- You are interested in technical topics and have a basic technical understanding of technical interrelationships
- You are confident in the use of common MS Office applications
